TOS:These are my terms of service and general information for if you want to commission me! Commissioning me means that you have read and understand the following rules and conditions!Commissions

  • I will not draw anything that I feel uncomfortable with (e.g. nsfw cubs; gore; vomit) or that is illegal in my state

  • You may NOT use the artwork in any commercial way or any blockchain related technologies such as nfts, cryptocurrency and alike. If you do, every right to your artwork will be revoked, you will NOT be refunded and you will be blacklisted. Depending on the severity, legal action might be taken.

  • Please let me know if you would like your commission to be posted as anonymous or kept completely private, otherwise you will be tagged in the post

Payment and Refunds

  • Payment will always be taken after you receive the first sketch

  • Payment is sent through a PayPal invoice on my side

  • You will receive a refund if I fail to finish the Commission three months after you pay

  • Until the invoice is paid, work on the commission will be paused.

  • Please be money ready when you commission me

  • You will not receive a refund if you are not satisfied with the finished product, as you will get enough opportunities to request changes before I finish the artwork.

  • If you cancel the commission after I have already started working on it you will only receive a 50% refund

  • In the case of fraud/scam/chargeback you will be blacklisted and all rights for the artwork will be revoked
